My blood sugar level dropped by 50 points!

I have very high blood sugar level despite medications I am currently taking. In a fasted state in the morning, I usually get blood sugar level between 160-230 mg/dL. My doctor’s been telling me that it is miracle that I still maintain health despite such high sugar level.
