The Advanced Calcium Research Institute (“ACRI,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of the practitioners and visitors who use our website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
ACRI is a research institute. Through AIC Therapy, its ionic calcium program, ACRI shares research and information on ionic calcium with healthcare practitioners. ACRI does not manufacture or sell any products. AIC calcium products are manufactured by Marahdeo in Canada and distributed in the United States by Pronuvia, Inc. (“Pronuvia”).

This policy applies to www.aictherapy.com and to the emails ACRI sends. Once your registration is shared with Pronuvia, Pronuvia’s own privacy policy (https://www.us.pronuvia.com/privacy-policy/) governs how Pronuvia uses it. Other websites we link to have their own privacy policies.
ACRI does not create login accounts and does not collect passwords. Please do not send us any patient information.
If you tell us about a suspected reaction to an AIC product, we forward the information to Pronuvia, the distributor, which investigates it and makes any report the law requires.
When you visit our website we collect standard technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time spent on the site. This is used only to keep the site working and understand how visitors use our content.
We do not use your information for any purpose other than what is described above.
ACRI communicates by email only. We reply to the forms and requests you submit and send emails about your registration and consultation bookings. We send research updates and newsletters. Every newsletter identifies ACRI as the sender and carries an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time and we will act on it promptly. We do not send unsolicited commercial email.
ACRI does not send text messages. Pronuvia may send its messages through GoHighLevel.
For Pronuvia text messages: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Pronuvia at info@pronuvia.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our consultation booking calendar is provided by Acuity Scheduling and may set its own cookies when you use it.
We do not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking technologies, and we do not allow third parties to collect information about your browsing on our website for their own advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy before we turn anything on. Your phone number and any messaging consent you give are never provided to these technologies.

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and as required by law. Records of newsletter sign-ups and of consent given for Pronuvia’s messages are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate that consent was given. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep a record of that request so that we can continue to honor it. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements. Access to your information is limited to those who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100 percent secure, but we take this responsibility seriously.
