Sustained Deep Biochemical Response in Multiple Myeloma Managed with AIC Therapy: A Two-Year Case Report

A woman in her late 60s with IgG-lambda multiple myeloma reached deep remission on AIC alongside targeted therapy, with M-spike, IgG, and free light chains falling and kidney function and anemia recovering. By April 2026 all targeted drugs were discontinued, with disease stable on AIC alone.
