Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions.

The terms for using the ACRI website, including practitioner registration.

Last updated: October 15, 2026

On this website, the Advanced Calcium Research Institute (“ACRI,” “we,” “us” or “our”) shares research and information on ionic calcium through AIC Therapy, the ionic calcium program of ACRI. ACRI is a research institute. It does not manufacture or sell any products. AIC calcium products are manufactured by Marahdeo in Canada and distributed by Pronuvia, Inc. (“Pronuvia”). Neither the manufacturer nor the distributor makes any claims that AIC products treat disease; they sell AIC calcium as what it is, a dietary calcium supplement with a higher ionic absorption rate. ACRI believes, however, that AIC ionic calcium may offer broader health benefits when taken in multiple daily doses sufficient to support calcium homeostasis. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. AIC products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.aictherapy.com (the “Website”), including the practitioner sign-up form, the consultation booking page, the newsletter sign-up and the contact form. By using the Website or submitting any form on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Practitioner Registration

The purpose of practitioner registration is to connect interested health practitioners with Pronuvia so that they can purchase AIC products, and to allow them to share clinical experience with ACRI and participating colleagues. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your registration.

Registration is intended for licensed healthcare professionals. By submitting the registration form, you represent that you hold a current, valid professional license or certificate and that the information you provide is true and complete. ACRI and Pronuvia may verify your credentials and may decline any registration.

Using ionic calcium products in clinical practice is solely the healthcare professional’s decision, and neither the manufacturer nor the distributor is responsible for that decision. The scientific research and clinical cases shared on the Website serve as notable clinical samples only and do not guarantee the same results in the practitioner’s clinical application.

Please do not submit any patient information through the Website.

Sharing Your Registration with Pronuvia

When you register, ACRI collects the information you enter on the form, such as your name, email address, phone number, license number, practice name and address, office website, office contact person, fields of specialty and years in practice.

By submitting your registration, you authorize ACRI to share your registration information with Pronuvia, Inc., the distributor of AIC products, so that Pronuvia can verify your professional license, set up a practitioner ordering account for you, and contact you about your account, ordering and AIC products.

Account login. ACRI does not create login accounts or collect passwords. Pronuvia creates your ordering account using your email address as your username and sends you instructions by email to set your own password when you first log in.

Pronuvia will send you a welcome email with your account information and Pronuvia’s Terms and Conditions, which govern your account and purchases. Your use of Pronuvia’s websites and services is governed by Pronuvia’s terms and privacy policy, not by these Terms. If you do not want an account, you may ask Pronuvia to close it at any time.

Consultations

You can book a complimentary consultation through the Website. Bookings are handled by our scheduling provider, and you will receive a confirmation and meeting link by email. Consultations are educational discussions of the research.

The Scope of Practice

We ask approved doctors and health practitioners to limit the use of AIC (Antiorbital Ionic Calcium) therapy to the legally allowed scope of their license. For example, nutritionists may use AIC therapy to address ionic calcium deficiency, support calcium homeostasis, and address other general calcium-related nutritional needs from a nutritional therapy point of view.

Email Communications

ACRI communicates by email. We reply by email to the forms and requests you submit, and we send emails about your registration and consultation bookings. We send research updates and newsletters.

Every newsletter identifies ACRI as the sender and carries an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time. Replies to your requests and emails about your registration or consultation continue after you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

For more on how ACRI collects and uses your information, see our Privacy Policy at https://www.aictherapy.com/privacy.
